소 동물 실험에 있어 소 동물의 O2/CO2 의 Consumption 과 먹이 및 음용의 양을 측정하고 Activity or Rearing 등 전반적인 Metabolism에 대한 DATA를 저장 및 분석을 하는 실험장비입니다. 

  • 1Features

1. 호흡 가스 분석기는 마우스나 렛이 들어있는 케이지에 연결하여 호흡 대사의 다양한 데이터를 분석을 해주며 최대 32 마리까지 실험이 가능함. (산소섭취량, 이산화탄소배출량, 호흡비율, 에너지 소비량, 음용과 먹이소비량 등)

2. 호흡 가스 분석기는 마우스나 렛의 간접 칼로리를 빠르고 정밀하게 측정할 수 있음.

3. 최소형의 간편한 콤팩트 빌트인 시스템이며 랫이나 마우스 실험 시 동일한 기기로 실험할 수 있음.

4. 레이저 센서는 습기나 온도에 측정 시나 데이터에 영향을 끼치지 않음.

5. 각 케이지에 개별적이고 독립적인 공기 유량을 조절할 수 있어서 호흡가스 분석 시 고정밀의 데이터와 안정된 모니터링을 할 수 있음.

6. 호흡가스 분석기 전용 소프트웨어를 이용하여 모두 계산이 되어져 나옴.

7. 산소 센서는 반영구적인 레이저 다이오드 센서이고 이산화탄소 센서는 적외선 센서이며 호흡 가스 분석기는 별도의 나프론 튜브나 디세켄트 실린더가 필요없음.

8. 기기 자체 내에 무게 센서가 있어 소 동물의 무게가 자동으로 측정이 가능하여야 하며, 별도의 레이저센서가 있어 활동 분석 및 리어링 테스트도 할 수 있음.

9. 소 동물의 먹이 및 음용을 할 시 떨어지는 먹이의 양과 음용의 잔여를 측정하여 별도의 저울이 없어도 소프트웨어 상에서도 명시됨.
